Default DID

Each tenant has a default DID. A default DID can either be a private or public DID

Private DID Creation Process

Every tenant will automatically receive a private DID when the tenant is created.

Public DID Creation Process

The default private DID of a tenant can be promoted to a public DID. Therefore, the current private DID needs to be written to a ledger first. After that, the default private DID can be promoted to a public DID via the Lissi Agent HTTP API or Lissi Agent UI.
